Today's lesson is 7.8 Division Measurement Stories. I want you to turn to Journal page 248 and read through the 4 problems and go ahead and mark important information. Try to come up with the number models for each problem before we set them up together. Use the below Tables of Measure chart to remind you of some conversions.
Now let's set up problems 1-4 on page 248 together. Afterwards find the solutions and check the answer key from your parent.
Complete Journal page 249 by yourself. Check the answer key from your parent when you are finished.
Now go to the Everyday Math site games. Go to the Skillbuilder tab and play Build It. This is a great game to help you practice putting fractions in order. Remember if you are not sure you can use the Butterfly Method on paper to help you as you play the game. 👍
Tongue Twister for the Day:
A skunk sat on a stump and thunk the stump stunk, but the stump thunk the skunk stunk.
